Address technical queries comprehensively, ensuring customer understanding. Guide customers through the sales process, covering aspects such as product selection, pricing, and payment options. Assist customers in completing purchase transactions to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate lasting relationships and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to refine the overall sales approach.
