About the role The B2 B Sales Manager is responsible for generating and converting new leads, and for establishing strong relationships with businesses including SMEs that exist within the communities we serve. This role reports to the VP of Commercial. What you will be doing Develop and execute a B2 B strategy, covering sales, marketing and customer support. Show entrepreneurial spirit, building the function and department from the ground up. Hire, train, lead and manage the B2 B sales team. Develop, implement and monitor team KPIs. Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services. Research and identify new ways of reaching existing markets. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers. Demonstrate success by growing the B2 B sales pipeline and applying efforts to exceed sales targets. Understand the different needs of business customers and be able to respond effectively.
