What you’ll be doing The Community Sales Representative will report to an Area Leader and focus on generating sales for the Company: Understand the Company’s product offering and pricing to accurately present and communicate to potential customers. Effectively generate leads and convert to sales. Be guided by the Area Leader on which areas to focus on. Confirm network coverage with the Area Leader before entering areas to drive sales efforts. Report all leads on the Company’s system as demonstrated. Understand and achieve monthly KPIs. Attend and partake in community sales activations, as directed by leadership. Must successfully complete the Company’s training programmes such as company induction and onboarding, and product, service and system training.
