Job Responsibilities:
Help Accenture with business development including proposals and client relationships
Work with clients to spot the future relevant skills fortheir workforce to remain sustainable and adaptable in changing environments
Build our T&O practice by helping with developing Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, people development and knowledge management
Help clientsbuildagile organisationsthat will succeed incontinuous transformation
Conductworkforce planningusinganalysisthatconsidersdisruptivetechnology and adaptive sourcing strategies
Assist clients to harness the benefits ofrapidchanges indigital technologiesand minimise the effecton theirworkforce
Design and roll out talent & organisation strategies
Job Requirements:
CEO Led Workforce Transformation
You have experience working for a top-tier Consulting firm would be an advantage
Talent Strategy and Development
Leadership and Culture Transformation
Change Enablement (Management)
Organisation Strategy and Design
ABachelor’s Degree
A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in at least 3 or more of the following areas:
