Our People Performance and Engagement Partner is responsible for executing our People Strategy to ensure that we retain and grow top talent. They understand clearly the non-negotiable elements of Stitch’s People Processes so that they can partner with business units to design, implement, maintain and enhance customised solutions that target their unique people requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the design and implementation of people solutions for specific teams within Stitch.
Partner closely with the People Operations Lead to design, develop, implement and review end-to-end people processes relating to attraction, retention, governance, learning and development, performance management, promotions, change management and offboarding (to name a few) to better service your organisations.
Optimise organisational design to increase productivity, alignment and delivery.
Own end-to-end recruiting in your organisation.
Assist leaders and managers to deal with organisational, people and change issues proactively.
Identify training needs that will ensure the team can grow with the business and help managers implement the solutions and report on the results.
Drive the development and rollout of future-proof compensation and benefits strategies.
Implement rewards and recognition interventions to increase employee engagement and bottom-line results.
Report back on engagement survey results, propose relevant action plans and partner with managers and people ops to action accordingly.
Support inclusion and belonging initiatives to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
4 years experience within people functions at a high-growth technical organisation.
A good understanding of all the disciplines within HR: diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee and union relations, etc.
Excellent coaching, mentoring, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrable grasp of people management strategies.
Good change management and project management capabilities.
