Qualifications
Matric qualification (High School Diploma equivalent)

Competencies
Minimum 2 years of experience in team management/supervision.
Previous experience as a Technical Advisor or Agronomist is advantageous.
Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Agricultural sales experience is beneficial.
Strong oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Programs.
Demonstrated abilities in decision-making, planning, and motivation.
Ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for the benefit of the company.
Familiarity with marketing techniques and concepts relevant to the agriculture sector.
