We are seeking a Field Support Engineer Team Lead with technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer service acumen.

What you’ll do:
Team Management
VIP Support
Call Management
Desktop Support
Mobile Device Support
Fault finding/troubleshooting
User satisfaction, training, knowledge sharing, remote and telephonic support, problem-solving and documentationÂ
Your expertise:
5 years’ customer service delivery; basic Server network support. Knowledge and support on Desktop, Notebook, Printers, and Smartphones
Generalist Go getter
Qualifications required:
MCSE, ITILv4 A+, N+ and S+
Other information applicable to the opportunity:
Contract Position (13 Months)
Location: Client based in Croydon, Kempton Park
Work Environment: Office environment
Physical Demands: Sitting, Lifting, Bending and driving
Travel: Travelling will be requiredÂ
