We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Recruitment to join our organisation. As the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, attracting top talent both domestically and internationally, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You will play a vital role in building a diverse and talented workforce that aligns with our company's goals and values across various locations and cultures. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional with exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of both domestic and international recruitment practices. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidatesfrom domestic and international sources. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by sourcing candidates through various channels,including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, international job fairs, andpartnerships with recruitment agencies. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, considering factors such asqualifications, experience, cultural fit, and work permits, to ensure their suitability for theorganization and specific roles. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, for domestic andinternational candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Collaborate with executives to understand their staffing needs, both domestically andinternationally, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends indifferent locations. Manage and negotiate employment offers, including compensation packages and relocationassistance Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international recruitment agencies,universities, and other talent sources to support recruitment efforts across different locations. Stay updated on domestic and international recruitment trends, employment laws, culturalsensitivities, and provide recommendations to enhance the recruitment process. Ensure compliance with relevant domestic and international employment laws and regulationsthroughout the recruitment process. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, both domestically and internationally, ensuringa smooth transition into the organization Requirements: Degree/ diploma Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies for both domestic and international talent acquisition. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information related to domestic and international recruitment. Our values drive everything we do.
