This includes leading the end-to-end design and implementation of complex, client centric Debt Solutions to clients, in line with the origination promise. Achieving Lending revenue targets, market share growth and enhancing the CIB Investment Banking brand as the Go-To Lending Bank. Essential Functions : Own and oversee pitchbook planning and where required approve final proposals, pitchbooks and other origination content Oversee, lead, provide insight and governance across the life cycle of deals,closely with the Coverage, TMU, Credit and other relevant business teams. Lead, provide insight and effectiveguidance to a team of 3 - 5 experienced professionals across various experiencelevels. Proactively develop, maintain and expand a network of internal stakeholders to identify and enable cross sell opportunities, effectively deliver end-to-end Debt Solutions and pursue new pipeline. Lobbying support from Corporate Functions and collaborating with product teams across a large bank. Managing disruptive transformation of Debt Solutions in an evolving macro client context.. Minimum 10 yearsdemonstrated experience in leading client engagements and Debt Solutions from cradle to grave with relevant sector and / or country experience.
