Managing and overseeing the administration of housing Subsidy. Allocation and Beneficiary Administration daily.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure cooperative governance in the business Unit.
Manage the Performance Management System for reporting staff
Manage and oversees the overriding process on the HSS on a regular basis and manage the processing of rejections of housing Subsidy Applications,
Manage and oversees the approval process of Housing Subsidy, Allocation and Beneficiary
Administration;
Ensure strategic direction, leadership and management in the Service delivery Unit.
Job Requirements:
Customer Relations Management Skills;
Grade 12 plus NQF Level 7/Degree in Public Administration.
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a middle/senior management level in a Housing delivery environment;
Strategic Management skills;
Possession of a valid driver’s licence.
Sound Management and leadership skills;
Housing Subsidy Administration and Customer Relations Management.
Conflict Management Skills and Cooperative Governance.
The successful completion of the Public Service Senior Management Leadership Programme.
