Job Responsibilities:
Collect, analyse and conduct ongoing online testing of business data collected from the data warehouse and various business systems
Design and develop solutions that will provide business intelligence for improvement of business processes and growth within the business operations currently and predict future forecasts
Identify and advise on suitable metrics to provide the business with relevant business intelligence
Extract and analyse data, identifying trends in systems and applications and provide insights aimed at driving business performance
Design and build a single view of the customer across all activities, spend, demographics and behaviours.
Create and apply data management solutions that are relevant and provide information for the business to ensure the data adds value to the operations and that the business remains relevant and competitive.
Direct quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing test plans and managing the execution of testing.
Collaborate with business operations, to conduct business analyses and scope, track and prioritize individual business requirements
On completion of dashboards and / or reporting solutions, advise on suitability and effectiveness and provide input into possible changes or improvements of the dashboards / reports
Job Requirements:
Certification in SQL Database and Reporting
Minimum 4 years’ BI development experience including in-depth experience with the BI Data Visualisation Tools.
Experience with cloud computing is an advantage
Experience in Casino Gaming environment is an advantage
Minimum BSc/B. Com in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics or related fields
