Duties will include but not be limited to:
Implementing a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company's business objectives
Lead and manage the teams by building and leading a high-performing marketing team of 3 (Digital Marketing Specialist, Junior writer, Junior designer) and providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
Define and articulate the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and differentiates the company from competitors
Drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and marketing automation
Implement lead generation programs to attract and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel
Collaborate with sales teams to optimise lead qualification, tracking, and conversion processes
Managing and coordinate public relations activities, including media relations, press releases and thought leadership opportunities to enhance brand reputation and visibility
Partner with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and executive leadership, to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Collaborate with product management teams to develop sales collateral, product positioning and go-tomarket plans
Requirements:
A bachelors degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
5 - 8 years of progressive experience in brand management, digital marketing, lead generation, and team management
