ENVIRONMENT: A dynamic Travel Tech company in Durbanville seeks the exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills of a self-driven Safari Sales Coordinator who possess general knowledge of Southern and/or East Africa. You will create itineraries in WETU for a team of Consultants, issue all travel documentation while making and confirming bookings, including the holding of flights. The ideal candidate must possess a Travel and Tourism Degree with 2+ years work experience in the Tourism industry - specifically in the inbound Safari industry with solid knowledge of African destinations, logistics and properties. You will also need 2+ years’ work experience in an Administrative/Sales Support role within the Tourism industry with proficiency in MS Office/Google Workplace. DUTIES: Create itineraries in WETU for the team of Consultants. Issue of all travel documentation- Itineraries, Vouchers, flights, etc. Check availability of requested suppliers.
