Position Description Watchmaker is inviting applications for the full-time position of Production Manager based In Cape Town, South Africa. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and will be responsible for building and managing the Production Department in Cape Town. This individual will be accountable for creating departmental goals, developing and adhering to departmental budgets and managing daily departmental activities. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and contribute directly to our company culture and success.
