MS Excel and Word-Intermediate. Ability to work in a team or independently. Able to work under pressure to meet specific timelines. Ability to operate Bagmake and pouch machine (advantageous). Proven experience as Production Supervisor in a specific industry. Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Be self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of health and safety standards. Knowledge of business and management principles and practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of customer service and principles (OTIF). Willing to work evenings, shifts, on-call, and weekends when required.
