Job Description Position Overview This position reports to the Managing Director and forms part of the Executive Committee. Company Structure Reports to: Managing Director Staff Reporting: Finance Division (3 People), & Admin Team Turnover: ±R130 Million per annum Size of Company: ±150 Employees (Monthly and Hourly paid workers)Key Responsibilities Management of full accounting function and department.(Accounting, Creditors, Debtors, Cash Management, Asset Control etc.). Presentation of monthly management accounts (within 10 working days). Ongoing profitability analysis of products, product lines and divisions. Compilation and submission of annual budget (February). Manage annual financial audit ensuring adherence to group time-lines. Ensuring timeous submission and adherence of regulatory reports and payments (VAT, EMP201, Provisional tax etc). Custodian of Employment Equity plan, BBBEE, Skills Development Plan. Custodian of payroll. Custodian of ERP system (SYSPRO).
