Administration:- Updating action register- Assisting the Equipment overseer with the equipment tracker.- Complete all required tracker reports.- Documenting all equipment issuing- Respond to with solution or status of all calls raised within 2 hours.- Equipment ordering. Requirements:- Matric, an IT related certification would be advantageous. - 6 months - 1 year experience in IT Support/ IT Administration.- Computer Literate- Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook knowledge (Essential).
