Calculate and process monthly depreciation. Agree Fixed Assets register with Trial Balance and Syrinx Asset Listing. Compile list of disposals & additions. Administration of Insurance claims. Collate and prepare necessary documentation for claims. Communicate progress of claims to all stakeholders. Reconcile Stock Valuations Monthly. Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and submit within due dates. Run a BEE report to ensure supplier BEE Status updated. Send out Night outs and Fuel report to HR. Creditors Recons: Review and sign off Monthly Creditors Recons. Expense Ledger Analysis-Computer Expenses, Legal Fees, Consulting Fees, Repairs and Maintenance, Subscription Fees and General Expenses. And any other ad hoc Projects. Required Skills/ Traits: High level of commitment and loyalty Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines. Adhering to deadlines. Attitude towards work and maintain accurate records in the system. Avoid capturing duplicated invoices and reversal of entries. Collating information timeously. Following up on queries. Accountability and reliability.
