Reporting to the Managing Director, you identify new opportunities, achieve sales targets, and provide marketfeedback to enhance our offerings. Your efforts ensure we remain competitive and financiallyhealthy, enabling continuous product innovation. 3. Responsible for growing audio/visual revenue and profitability while maximizing clientsatisfaction from pre-event planning through post-event phases of service. The role is sales-drivenfor new accounts and managing existing client base.

Sales Target To achieve or exceed the sales targets set bythe company. This includes generating newleads, converting them into clients, andmaintaining relationships with existing clients todrive repeat business. Market Research and Analysis To stay updated with market trends, competitoractivities, and client preferences. Conductmarket research and analysis to identify newbusiness opportunities and develop effectivesales strategies. Product Knowledge and Demonstration Has in-depth knowledge of the products andsolutions being offered. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships withclients. Ensure regular communication, addressclient queries and concerns, and provide after-salessupport to enhance client satisfaction andloyalty Sales Reporting and Forecasting Maintain accurate sales records, preparingregular sales reports, and providing salesforecasts to management. Collaboration with Internal Teams Collaborate closely with internal teams toensure smooth operations and deliver aseamless client experience. This includes but isnot limited to sharing client feedback,coordinating sales campaigns, and providinginput for product development. Build and maintain key account relationships. Skills and Attributes Details Educational qualifications: Marketing qualification/Project Management qualification preferred Sales Experience Prior experience in sales, particularly in theaudiovisual industry or a related field is highlyadvantages. Have a proven track record ofachieving sales targets, building clientrelationships, and understanding the salesprocess. Technical Knowledge A strong understanding of audio-visualequipment, systems, and solutions. Have thecorrect industry certifications, technical trainingprograms, or previous work experience in theaudio visual industry. Computer & Technology Literacy-Fluency in MS Office suite-Proficiency in using sales software, clientrelationship management (CRM) tools.-Proficiency in industry-related drawing and 3 Dmodelling software, ie: CAD, Vectorworks, Sketchup or the likes thereof, to design their collateral for showcasing of what AVTECHcan do for their clients. Communication and Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal, are essential for effectively engagingwith clients, understanding their needs, andconveying the value of audio-visual solutions. Strong interpersonal skills help in buildingrelationships and establishing trust withpotential clients. Sales and Negotiation Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills to closedeals and increase sales. This includes theability to identify client needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs, and effectively negotiateterms and pricing. Market Awareness A good understanding of the audio-visualindustry, market trends, and competitoractivities are valuable for identifying newopportunities and adapting sales strategies.
