Role Description: We're on the lookout for a Financial Analyst to handle vital responsibilities in accounting, financial control, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Our ideal candidate will showcase a strong grasp of USA GAAP, proficiency with Net Suite, and previous experience in startup or scale-up environments. What you'll be doing: Manage accounting operations, including month-end close processes, ensuring compliance with Net Suite functionalities. Prepare accurate financial reports and analyses to guide strategic planning and business performance. Act as a financial controller, overseeing internal controls, compliance, and financial risk management. Maintain and refine financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and decision support. Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment of financial operations with company objectives. Support the financial consolidation and reporting for various legal entities within the group. Assist with tax returns and filings, coordinating with external advisors to ensure compliance. Help develop and monitor budgets and forecasts with the VP of Finance. Optimize financial processes to identify potential cost savings and support strategic decisions. Facilitate annual audits by working with external auditors, addressing inquiries efficiently. Handle diverse administrative tasks, showcasing flexibility and a commitment to the team. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance positions within a global tech startup. Advanced understanding of US GAAP and revenue recognition; adept in financial reporting and tax compliance. Proficiency in Net Suite and Excel/Google Sheets. Robust analytical abilities coupled with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s in Finance or Business Administration is advantageous.
