Duties and Responsibilities:
Asset Protection: Safeguard company assets at the branch location.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure branch strategy aligns with company goals.
Sales Enhancement: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales.
Credit Oversight: Review and approve credit notes and purchase orders.
Time Management: Balance time between sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
Customer Focus: Foster a customer-first philosophy and maintain a ready-for-business environment.
Merchandising Excellence: Create compelling displays and maintain store cleanliness.
Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels, conduct regular stock takes.
Shrinkage Reduction: Implement procedures to minimize losses in the supply chain.
Team Leadership: Supervise sales, technical, and support staff, delegate tasks effectively.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct appraisals, track employee performance, and provide feedback.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols on the sales floor and work areas.
Conflict Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
Staff Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team skills.
HR Liaison: Manage communication between branch staff and HR department.
Administrative Efficiency: Prepare and deliver branch admin packs to head office on time.
Salary: According to Experience and Qualification – salary bracket between R30k to R40k.
