Stay updated on current market trends and industry developments Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant senior management experience, preferably within the agricultural industry. Strong knowledge of internal control systems, computer systems, risk assessments, cost accounting, and stock control. Proficient in computer applications with excellent analytical skills. Results-driven with strong leadership capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
