The successful incumbent must have a National Senior Certificate/NQF Level 4, possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration, or related field with ±1 year previous experience in a corporate environment or a Sales / Marketing or Marketing Agency environment including focused Account Management experience and 1-2 years understanding the Administration landscape. You must have a solid knowledge of CRM software / platforms, e.g., Salesforce.com, an uunderstanding of sales performance metrics and be able to manage Change Management, scope creep and clients’ expectations. DUTIES: Serve as the point of contact for all assigned client account management matters.
