Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Management Accounts and the responsibilities include:
Running management accounts reporting
Preparing and submitting quarterly NT reports and MTEF & ENE databases
Updating and maintaining MS-Access tools
Updating budgeting tools and consolidating inputs from divisions
Budget confirmations
Monthly management accounts and reporting Monthly accounts write-ups
Preparation and submission of the statutory templates and databases
Preparation of internal quarterly reporting
Annual budget preparation
Mid-year budget review
Budget process and virements.
Job Requirements:
Relevant 3 year degree (NQF L7)/Equivalent
3-4 years experience in management accounts.
3-5 years managerial experience
4-7 years professional experience
6–8 years working experience
Solid experience in Management accounts
Solid experience in Public Service Budgeting
Solid experience in Project Management
Knowledge of the National Treasury and PFMA regulations, GRAP and other relevant regulations and legislations.
