Must be someone who takes initiative. Must know where to research solutions to problems facing the business from an IT perspective. Must be mature and responsible in attitude towards work. Must have a desire to learn and grow into the role, as well as grow and improve as a person. Must be good at admin and organised. Must be able to manage time and priorities. Must be able to be innovative. Skills that are not pre-requisites but would advantageous : SQL knowledge and ability to write queries. Any knowledge of programming languages, such as VB/C# and Linux will be advantageous . Knowledge of Office 365, MS Azure and managing users and licenses Knowledge of power automate, power apps and Share Point. Knowledge of MS Teams and built in functionality.
