Undertake direct leasing negotiations with prospective tenants. Prepare and review tenancy mix for optimum retail asset performance. Provide regular leasing progress reports to Divisional Director. Maximize rental income and lease terms through negotiations. Ensure leasing targets are met for existing portfolio and new developments. Activate leasing promptly to minimize vacancy downtime. Maintain relationships with tenants and industry professionals. Actively source and secure desired retailers. Maintain and review prospective tenant database. Conduct market research on new brands and retail trends. Monitor competitor developments, rentals, and major deals. Review and evaluate shopper profile mix impact on retail sector. Stay updated on market changes and build industry network. Manage tenant paperwork and lease documentation accurately. Oversee deals from inception to completion, including handover meetings.
