Finance Related: Monitor cash and credit card variances, manage daily financial tasks, and identify upsell opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities: Utilize software applications to manage guest bookings, ensure high standards of accommodation, and maintain guest preferences.
Customer Specific Responsibilities: Deliver world-class service to guests while ensuring their safety and security.
People Specific Responsibilities: Support new team members, participate in continuous development, and promote positive employee engagement.
Quality Specific Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to quality standards, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain accurate night audit records.
Finance Specific Responsibilities: Manage financial processes, report variances, and identify revenue opportunities.
Facilities: Assist in maintaining hospitality spaces and facilities.
Legal and Compliance Specific Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and security measures.

Person Specifications:
Thinking Ability: Anticipate guest needs, solve administrative and accounting problems, and recognize safety concerns.
Academic Qualifications and Background: Significant experience in front office service, preferably in night audit.
Languages: Proficiency in English required, additional languages preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in luxury 5-star hotel front office operations, in night audit.
Job Technical Skills: Proficiency in upsell/cross-sell strategies, property management software, financial practices, and Microsoft Office.
OPERA EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.
Personal Qualities: High confidentiality, commitment to exceptional service, sense of urgency, collaboration, integrity, and independence.
Physical Abilities: High endurance, sensitivity to sensory signals.
