Review and opine on draft legislation, regulatory discussion papers and internal policies and processes in order to provide input from a regulatory governance perspective in line with governance best practice. Conduct research into governance best practices and regulatory developments and carry out of benchmarking exercises in order to mature the Governance capability within SBG and ensure alignment to leading practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Degree in Business Commerce, Legal Experience Required5-7 years working experience asan expert in Corporate Governance or Compliance or Legal with good knowledge of the full dimensions of the field, but deep expertise in the relevant area of specialisation. Regulatory environment savvy, with the proven ability to advise employees across multiple countries and business areas.
