Position Summary:
The Warehouse and Shipping Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the warehouse and shipping team to ensure efficient operations and timely shipments. Duties:
Supervise and lead a team of Inventory control specialists.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products within the warehouse.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping through regular cycle counts and audits.
Train and mentor team members on proper warehouse and shipping procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.

Implement and enforce best practices for warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
