To develop and manage the SANCCOB Gqeberha annual financial budget
Responsible for the financial management of SANCCOB Gqeberha
To effectively manage and develop staff at SANCCOB Gqeberha
To ensure that SANCCOB’s standard operating procedures are updated annually and adhered to
To ensure that a health and safety management plan is in place
To ensure good corporate governance is practiced and continuously developed and improved
To actively participate and represent SANCCOB at stakeholder meetings
To manage and oversee all aspects of centre maintenance
To effectively manage human resources, including leave control and any disciplinary proceedings
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma
A post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage
Previous exposure and experience in the NGO sector
Minimum 5 years general management working experience, including experience in people management and financial management
Experience in seabird rehabilitation, natural science, education, marketing, basic maintenance, and fundraising an added advantage
