Now we are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the gaming, casino, or trading industries and will bring innovative ideas for campaign optimization. This role is pivotal in supporting the team by handling a variety of tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our retention strategies.
Tasks:
Segment the user base and develop targeted communication strategies for each segment; Manage the full cycle of regular retention campaigns, from concept to execution, including marketing emails, push notifications, and pop-ups; Handle technical aspects of campaigns within the brand; Launch and optimize product and trigger campaigns as part of broader retention efforts; Initiate communication campaigns to inform users about significant updates to terms and conditions; Generate and test new ideas and hypotheses for retention campaign experiments; Identify opportunities for improving CRM communications; Analyze user behavior to refine the user journey and improve funnel efficiency; Collect and analyze data on the performance of retention campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the gaming, casino, trading, or finance industries, with a focus on transferring skills to optimize current campaigns and introduce new ideas; High level of English proficiency (C1), capable of sophisticated communication and campaign content creation; Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines; A track record of successful project management, responsible for the full cycle from task elaboration to result analysis; Ability to work collaboratively within a team, providing support and sharing workload; Eager to develop professionally, with opportunities to work on various projects, brands, and communication channels within the company; Russian language proficiency will be considered an advantage; Interest in hypothesis testing, user journey mapping, and leveraging different analytical tools to drive retention and user engagement.
