The General Manager, Customer Value Management Post Paid is responsible for developing the Customer Value Management (CVM) Post-Paid strategy.  This would cover the CVM management planning and development, post-paid retention strategies and loyalty, targeted campaigns and tariff migration management.  You will need to have executive management experience in this area with a university degree and an MBA.  This role is based in Joburg north.
