Experience in preparation of audit files and liaison and assistance with annual audits. Experience in relevant software: a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Pastel, Xero (or another recognised accounting software package) and MDA Property Management. Proficient use of excel, email and other related programs. Have strong numerical skills and aptitude. Have good excel skills including basic formulae. Have good people’s skills in respect of both staff and clients – and be able and willing to effectively communicate verbally and electronically. Problem solver and ability to make suggestions and recommendations for improvements to existing systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks and excellent attention to detail. Property management experience including lease management. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality. Ability to use initiative and work under pressure with tight deadlines. Ability to manage high volume of workflow efficiently and willingness to work overtime if and when required.
