Equivalent experience will also be considered. - 2 – 5 years’ working experience in IT operations. - Fluent in Afrikaans and English. - Proven experience in leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies. - Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems. - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. - Excellent project management and prioritization skills. - Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices. - Must be Office 365 Admin proficient. - Must be proficient in both Windows and Mac. - MCSE/MCITP certification would be advantageous. - ITIL/ITSM certification would be advantageous. - Dell storage array experience would be a great advantage. - Experience in the hospitality environment would be advantageous.
