Main Duties: An excellent opportunity for an individual possessing estate agency experience to join one of Essex’s estate agency chains as a branch manager in the East London & Essex area. You will be responsible for your own business both in relation to profitability and business development. Successfully list a number of targeted properties, advising and helping the vendors sell their homes for the best price with the best service and support possible. Work closely with your team, downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing on a suitable strategy to match up potential buyers. Key Skills: Applications will only be considered from applications possessing a proven track record in an estate agency environment. An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy into you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales. Along with the drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion, and enthusiasm. You will have to work hard to keep up with the challenges you will face and be focused on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary”. You should also possess a proven track record of working to and exceeding targets and KPIs.
