Recording of minutes during the briefing sessions. Keeping Records of all bid committees. Following up of all outstanding bid decisions

Job Responsibilities:
Execution of the closing of tenders and RFPs.
Recording of data for the award register.
Updating of the tender register.
Recording of tender data for compliance verification purpose.
Capturing of data for all tenders received (name of bidders, prices, contact details, etc.).
Filing, indexing and storage of bid documents.
Verification of returnable documents after closure of tenders.
Verification of information of successful bidders on Central Supplier Database for reporting and compliance purpose.
Attending briefing sessions.
Job Requirements:
Presentation skills
Willing to work extended hours where necessary.
An appropriate B Degree (NQF 7)/ Three (3) year Diploma (NQF 6).
Extensive knowledge of the PFMA, PPPFA and Treasury Regulations, Supply Chain Management and other relevant public service prescripts.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Advanced computer literacy in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Power Point.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent communication and administrative skills.
